It should take into account that Pangu is Luca Todesco, a hacker who is very good, but that has become famous more to show that it is able to jailbreak their devices than by launching public. If Pangu says that the jailbreak will be arriving soon, the jailbreak for iOS 9.3.3 will arrive soon.
