The Google, Snapseed photo editor has just received a major upgrade in its version for iOS which include new features and improvements in the user interface. With this update the application comes to version 2.9 whose main difference is found in the compatibility with RAW files. Snapseed now is compatible with them formats RAW that create 144 models of cameras in the market, so are going to to modify it exhibition, them colors, the balance white… in all those photographs in which the conditions in which have taken the image not was them correct.
This update also brings us a new face named tool that allows us to highlight the faces of the photographs, as well as allowing correct imperfections in the skin, remove red-eye and make them clearer… Also improved the treatment receiving the images in JPG format when we export them, in such a way that we are going to configure the ideal compression level to make the image fit as much as possible to reality.
New features of the version 2.9 of Snapseed
- New tool face: a photographic tool with which you can highlight more faces, eliminate imperfections in the skin and rinse eyes.
- RAW for iOS: support total and native, not destructive, from RAW to 144 models of camera. Gives more brightness to the shadows, retrieves it enhanced, adds structure and destalles to them data RAW original, applied settings precise of Balance of white to them data RAW native and many more options.
- Set the index of compression that prefer to JPG, or even save them without losing data (PNG) when the exportes.
- Settings of the interface for user and correction of errors.
Our team has many years working to develop profiles of 144 camera models to Snapseed can read all data from the sensor from the RAW file. Now, when you change the exposure in a RAW in Snapseed file is as if you ajustaras the same camera settings: data of high resolution and fully dynamic range of chip CCD or CMOS can be already changed.
