Apple has released a new version of iOS 9.3.2, i.e., a modified version of which already launched on May 16 with a solution to the problem that could cause to an iPad Pro 9.7 inch could not start after you install the latest version of iOS. The update is already appearing via OTA, and if it is not yet available, will also appear in iTunes in the next half hour.
