For a long time that we have not seen a jailbreak release publicly, but this year Mobile Security Conference (MOSEC) in Shanghai was well clear that jailbreak is not dead.

MOSEC is a one day Conference on safety co-organized by Pangu, the team of Chinese piracy which is responsible for several of the most recent Jailbreak for iOS. This year’s event was planned for today on July 1 and was carried out at the Grand Kempinski, in Shanghai, China hotel.

As noted by Stephen Chan, near the end of the event, Pangu showed as running Cydia in iOS 10 beta, which indicates that a jailbreak for iOS 10 must be just around the corner.

But what about users with iOS 9.3.2, the latest available public version of iOS?. It may be good news for many users with iOS 9.3.2. According to some accounts online, Pangu, in response to queries from the public, indicated that it has planned to release a jailbreak for iOS 9.3.2 soon. The next tweet is part of a member of the POC, co-host of the event, referring to the discussion on the iOS 9.3.2.

If this is completely true, even is she could confirm, since Pangu team has not updated their own website or Twitter account with their new plans. Taking into account that it is half its own security conference co-host, that is understandable.

What ever the case, this is great news for lovers of the jailbreak. Since long time ago, that we have not seen a jailbreak released publicly and for the majority of current iOS users could exploit in a good way.
