When Apple introduced the new models of Apple Watch on 7 September, spoke much more Apple Watch Series 2, somewhat understandable if we consider that is the model of this year and that has one higher price. The main differences are a brighter screen, GPS, greater resistance to water and a new SiP. But, would mean that that the Apple Watch Series 2 is more powerful that the Apple Watch Series 1?
SiP of Apple Watch Series 1 processor was updated to add a second nucleus and renamed S1 to SP1, while the Apple Watch Series 2 is called S2. Taking into account the annual improvement in the processor of the iPhone, everything made us think that the latest model would be much more powerful than the one presented in 2014, but a video posted by Jeff Benjamin, former iDownloadBlog and current editor of 9to5Mac, makes us think that, in terms of power, both smart watches behave equally.

When they spoke of the new Apple Watch Series 1, they said that they had added the same dual processor core that was present in Series 2, but they said so in passing that many understood that the update had been that had also included a second core to him, that was not the same.
