After an appearance premature and shooting during the month last, the new section Spoken Edition of Apple already is available in iTunes Store and it application Podcasts. As its name indicates, Spoken Edition are editions narrated of content of several publications, by which we will be learning of all what have that tell us without have that read it in our iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad or from any browser web.
Apple says that the Spoken Edition will come especially well in situations in which we are too busy to read the content but which allow us to listen, saying “are too busy to read your favorite website?” Listen to it! These audio versions give you lots of great stories narrated. They are perfect to get the latest information when you drive, work or just feel like relaxing“.”

Right now, Apple offers content for several publications of English-speaking, as Reuters, Huffington Post and Slate.. MIC, Wired, IGN, Bustle, Fusion, Gizmodo, Jezebel, Lifehacker, TIME, Skift and Playboy (Playboy narrated…). Like the rest of publications, the Spoken Edition section is divided into categories, such as Briefings, Milennial Mindset, Policy in Perspective, Inclusion and Identity or Money Talks.
The content of Spoken Edition uses technology from SpokenLayer which passes to audio content from RSS feeds. Unlike what you might think, SpokenLayer technology makes it seem that the text a person, is telling him something that is far from listening to content with the famous voices of the ‘Loquendo’.
The chapters of these spoken editions are rather short, somewhat understandable if we consider that what we are hearing will be the text read items on a web page. Good thing we already know it, that will not have to read it and we can do other things while we learn everything, but the bad thing is that, logically, not we can read over an item.
