Until that time, photos of iCloud only showed a bar of tabs at the top of the page, so we could say that the new version is much easier to use for being much more intuitive than the previous version.

While it is true that the new image is a step forward, I personally believe that it still has much to improve. Functions available in iOS and macOS versions we have shared albums or photos streaming, two very useful options that we would like to see in the web version of this application to users that we do not have activated your iCloud library.
