Apple surpasses by a 1 point to Samsung in satisfaction for its products

Apple devices always are characterized by having a high level of satisfaction among all users, level that each year will be overcoming although such innovation is reduced compared with previous years. Last year Apple and Samsung topped the list of satisfaction in the United States, reaching 80%. This year, Apple has managed to pass by just one point, the Korean company Samsung, reaching 81%, while Samsung has remained at 80%, without changing its position from last year.

Apple has increased the level of satisfaction among its users a 1% to 81%, above Samsung which has been at 80%. Motorola, which is currently in the hands of the Chinese of Lenovo, descends a 3% to 77%, the same as HTC that reduced its level of satisfaction three points reaching 75%.  LG has maintained the same quota as last year with 74%. Microsoft (Nokia) mobile division has fallen 1% down from 75% to 74%. Other manufacturers represent a 73% satisfaction among its users, up 3% compared to last year.

Despite leading the list of satisfaction globally, if we look at the classification of individual we see as Samsung Galaxy Note 5 reaches 86% satisfaction leading the classification, beating the iPhone Plus 6s with 85%. In second and third position we find the S6 Galaxy edge + and Galaxy Note 4, both with 85%.
