WatchOS 3.1 arrived accompanied by updates for macOS Sierra, and of course for iOS. However, there was something that we could not imagine Apple Watch users. It is true that promised a system optimization, but that phrase appears in virtually all update releases, and increasingly becomes a bigger lie. Without however, to Caesar what is Caesar’s. And is that after some weeks of use, we have noticed of that the battery of the Apple Watch has improved considerably with watchOS 3.1, reaching quietly them three days of use.
We have seen the performance in all kinds of areas. With a normal routine, with a day job and student, with its consequential transfers and notifications, have seen that it is not complicated to get home from 10 in the morning until 10 o’clock, with approximately 70% of the battery, in many cases more even.
But the real surprise comes with tourism, rounds of about 20,000 steps daily, with the connected device under normal conditions, has come to hold three full days, reaching the third day mid afternoon with 10% of the still remaining autonomy.
The reality is that the battery with watchOS 3.1 improvements have been considerable. In this case have seen its benefits in a Apple Watch Series 1. We imagine that Apple Watch Series 2 can have a lower range of autonomy in this case due to the GPS which includes, however, it is quite evident that can last two days on a single full charge without disheveled. It seems that Apple is taken quite seriously the development of its operating system for watches, and users appreciate it enough. However, the big to-do is still the time in which to run applications, Palace things are going slowly.
