As they began construction of the 2nd Apple Campus, YouTuber Mathew Roberts has been publishing every month a full video view of drone in which we can see how they have evolved the works. During the first weeks of construction works have been evolving more quickly than at present, since currently the tasks are focusing on the completion of both exterior and interior of buildings, besides the installation of the large number of solar panels with which the company wants to feed the 2 Campus facilities.

As we can see in the video, most of the solar panels are located at the top of the building circular where we can also find still areas without solar panels, areas which at the moment do not know so that they will be targeted. But given the magnitude of the Campus 2, Apple intends to obtain 75% of the energy needed, while the rest will get it from external companies that have fields of solar panels.
But not only the main building is covered by solar panels, but that the company also wanted to take advantage of the parking area to add solar clearer and thus obtain more energy to maintain the facilities.
The zone designated for the gym, with a surface of 100,000 square feet available only to employees, is now after. The Auditorium, where Apple will make the next presentations of low level, is being covered at the top. This Auditorium will have a capacity for more than 1,000 people. Most of the outdoor enclosure, will be covered with curved glass panels that have been brought directly from Germany and have been manufactured specifically for the Apple Campus 2.
The works has pmagazine completion before the end of the year or early next and will be then when Apple will begin to move its 13,000 employees to new facilities.
