Apple introduced last March 21 Clips, a new application that any user can create expressive videos on iPhone and iPad quickly and fun. The application has been launched officially today and is that the company has warned that this application would be available in April. Clips that allows the user to combine video clips, photos and music videos to share them through messages, instagram, Facebook and other social networks, is available from today.
The cupertino want to enter fully into the fight by such applications and even though personally I’m not a user of these, I have clear that Snapchat and now Instagram or Facebook stories are that most are used to so it will be difficult to Clips to succeed even if you may have a gap between the existing. These were statements of Susan Prescott, Vice President of Product Marketing, Apple Apps in the presentation of the application:
Clips gives users of the iPhone and the iPad a new way to express themselves through the video, and is incredibly easy to use. With the effects, filters and new and surprising titles superimposed we designed for Clips, anyone can create videos fantastic, easy-to-share with just a few touches.
Available now
Clips is now available for download for free on the App Store and is compatible with iPhone 5s and later, the new 9.7-inch iPad, all models of iPad Air and iPad Pro, mini iPad 2 and above, and the iPod touch’s sixth generation. All devices must have installed iOS 10.3.
