On May 16, Apple released iTunes 12.4, a new version of its music player and tool to manage iOS devices (among other things) that included some changes in the interface trying to do it all more intuitive. On the other hand, security measures were also included to ensure not again pass a problem that underwent some users who looked at how erased them songs from your hard drive. Updates included in iTunes 12.4.1
This update fixes several issues that caused that iTunes won’t work as intended with VoiceOver. In addition, this version has been restored the “Reset counter” option and the following issues have been fixed:
- An issue that caused relapse songs added at the same time to “Below” in the wrong order.
- A problem that prevent iTunes chain songs.
To download iTunes 12.4.1, OS X users need only go to the Mac App Store, access to the “Updates” tab and update. Windows users will have to go to the apple.com/itunes/download page, download the new version and install it.
This new version was launched shortly after the new version of iOS 9.3.2 for iPad Pro 9.7 inch that it solved the problem that prevented startup and ended in Error 56. Monday June 13 will present some new features that will also affect iTunes as, if Mark Gurman again hit, the ability to read the lyrics of the songs without having to install third-party applications or the almost disappearance of Connect, the last attempt of musical social network from Apple that will now have a secondary role. The bad thing is that it is likely that these novelties are launched next iOS 10, in which case we would still have to wait until September or install the betas to enjoy them.
